sake type: Honjozo

location: Saitama prefecture

rice polishing ratio: 68%

aroma: mellow flavor

taste: dry. it has sharp acid and rich umami.

comments: We brewed this sake at low temperature in long term. And we reveal "umami" from rice.
Then,we almost never use activated carbon for this sake.You can enjoy the sake taste which is origin.

We really recomend this product for Japanese souvenir.You can enjoy sake and then display this bottle.
