私たちの宿から埼玉でも有名な観光地「川越」にお出かけになるお客様が多いので(特に海外からのお客様)、時々、川越に散策に出掛けるスタッフがオススメの神社をご紹介致します⛩️
川越の駅から程遠くないところにある「熊野神社」。
1590年(435年前)に紀州(和歌山県)熊野から分祀された神社だそうです。そんなに大きくない神社ですが、いつ行ってもその境内の中は心地良い風が吹いていて、写真の通り何とも言えない清らかな空間です。写真の黒い鳥は「八咫烏」という伝説の鳥で太陽の化身と言われており、サッカー日本代表チームのエンブレムにもなっています🐦‍⬛
離れ別邸からは車で約40分、電車ですと最寄りの駅から1時間半くらいです。

Many of our guests (especially those from overseas) go to Kawagoe, a famous sightseeing spot in Saitama, from our inn, so our staff, who sometimes go for a walk in Kawagoe, would like to introduce a shrine that we recommend. ⛩️
Kumano Shrine is located not far from Kawagoe station.
It is said that the Kumano Shrine was established in 1590 (435 years ago) as a branch shrine from Kumano in Kishu (Wakayama Prefecture). It is not a very large shrine, but whenever I visit, there is a pleasant breeze blowing inside the shrine grounds, and as you can see in the photo, it is an indescribably clean and pure space. The black bird in the photo is a legendary bird called "Yatagarasu," which is said to be the incarnation of the sun and is also the emblem of the Japanese national soccer team. 🐦‍⬛
It takes about 40 minutes by car from our guesthouse , and about 1.5 hours by train from the nearest station.
